If you are dissatisfied with the product or customer service you received for us, please contact us by phone or email and we will try to make it right!

If you need to return something, please contact us within 14 days of delivery date for authorization on a return. Items that have been installed are not returnable .If they are defective, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement part or replace the whole item at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a "free shipping" promotion was offered on the item, then the amount of the shipping charges for that item will be deducted from the credit. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all the boxes and check for damage or missing parts. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damage or missing parts, please notify us within 5 working days upon receipt of goods.

Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day via FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
